Deploying Love
December 29, 2013 - All of us have a call from God. Each one of us have been put on this
planet for a unique reason. Surrendering to Jesus as Lord, means that He
is the commanding officer, and He determines our marching orders.
Messy Christmas Through Celebration
December 22, 2013 - Christmas Sunday – When Jesus’ arrival was announced by the angels, few
people living at that time saw any evidence of change. The angels knew
that a new and glorious day had arrived as they anticipated “a weary
world” rejoicing!
Messy Christmas Through Surrender
December 15, 2013 - Battlegrounds are messy places. This world is a spiritual battleground,
not a playground and there are mangled bodies everywhere, victims of the
enemy. Who wants to surrender? Isn’t that a sign of being a loser?
Being defeated? Giving up? Submitting to a stronger force? Yes, it is
all true, and though it seems so counter-intuitive in our culture, it is
the only path to experiencing “The Prince of Peace.”
Messy Christmas
December 8, 2013 - Many of us experience a bittersweet time at Christmas, because it brings
both happy memories from the past and mixes them with the anguish of
loved ones who have passed on from this earth, relationships that once
were, and a myriad of other things that affect our lives that somehow
cause us pain at a time of rejoicing. We need to remember that Jesus
went through it all, felt every sorrow that we feel and more, and He did
it for us, and His reward is to now sit on His throne at the right hand
of God, the most honored place in God’s house! Therefore He has the
knowledge and the power to get us through the sometimes difficult times
that are presented to us at this season. He is coming back; He has not
forgotten us!
Messy Christmas Through Humility
December 1, 2013 - Messy Christmas Through Humility. I am thankful for God’s wonderful gift
of grace and how it was made possible by lowering himself in human form
in the most humble way. In this message we see how a little baby being
born in a trough can make a world of difference.
